Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Ladies Hostel Warden to oversee the daily operations of the hostel, ensure the safety and well-being of residents, and maintain discipline and harmony. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a nurturing attitude, and the ability to handle emergencies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily hostel activities and maintain discipline
- Ensure the safety, security, and welfare of all residents
- Address grievances and support the emotional well-being of hostel members
- Maintain records, coordinate housekeeping, and oversee cleanliness
- Ensure adherence to hostel rules and regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
