The Role
As a Social Media Associate, you'll work alongside our creative, content and marketing teams to create engaging social media content for brands across industries. This role is perfect for someone who spends hours discovering trends, loves Instagram and LinkedIn, enjoys creating reels, and wants to learn how brands actually grow online. Every day will be different. One day you'll be brainstorming reel ideas. The next you'll be shooting behind-the-scenes content, preparing social calendars or helping launch a campaign.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in managing social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Help create content including reels, stories, static creatives and carousels.
- Research trends, memes, hashtags and viral content ideas.
- Assist in creating monthly content calendars.
- Write captions and basic social media copy.
- Coordinate with designers and content teams for daily execution.
- Support content shoots, office culture videos and event coverage.
- Schedule and publish content using social media tools.
- Monitor comments and messages.
- Learn basic reporting and analytics.
- Help prepare presentations and client decks.
What We're Looking For
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship/freelance experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Active social media user.
- Passion for content creation.
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Basic Canva skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to learn.
- Organized and proactive.
- Comfortable appearing in reels if required.
