Role Purpose
The Content & Training Specialist – ET is responsible for building, curating, and managing all content assets that power smmart's Enterprise Transformation delivery. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, training design, and trainer ecosystem management. The ideal candidate thinks like a trainer, creates like a content strategist, and has a sharp eye for making complex ET concepts accessible, engaging, and impactful for corporate audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and structure high-quality content for Enterprise Transformation programmes — including workbooks, facilitator guides, case studies, training modules, assessments, and handouts.
- Work closely with the ET team to translate diagnostic findings and ET study outcomes into structured training content and programme frameworks.
- Audit, catalogue, and organise all existing ET training videos into a structured, searchable video library — with tagging, summaries, and usage guides for each module.
- Build and maintain detailed Trainer Profiles for the ET trainer ecosystem — capturing expertise areas, engagement history, content capabilities, and performance feedback.
- Scout, evaluate, and onboard trainers and consultants who can also create original content; assess content quality and training mindset during the empanelment process.
- Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to co-create and refine ET content, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with smmart's ET philosophy.
- Develop content calendars and manage end-to-end content production timelines for ET training deliveries.
- Maintain and continuously improve the ET content repository — ensuring all materials are version-controlled, properly archived, and accessible to the delivery team.
- Support the ET sales team with content needs for proposals, case studies, and client-facing collateral.
- Stay current on ET-relevant industry trends, frameworks, and case studies to continuously upgrade content quality and relevance.
