AutoCAD Draftsperson (2D/3D & MEP)

Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsperson who is proficient in preparing 2D and 3D drawings along with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) layouts. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of architectural and interior drawings and be able to convert design concepts into accurate technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for architectural and interior projects.
- Create Walkthroughs and modify MEP drawings including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting layouts.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Revise drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing standards.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Good knowledge of MEP drafting.
- Understanding of architectural and interior working drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of SketchUp or Vray will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong AutoCAD and MEP knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Candidate
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and MEP coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
