We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented QA Engineer – Automation to join our quality assurance team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications. In this role, you'll be a champion for automation, collaborating closely with developers and product managers to streamline the testing process and identify potential issues early in the development cycle.
Responsibilities

Analyze software requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and automated test cases.

Develop and maintain robust, reusable, and efficient automated tests using frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress (depending on the technology stack).

Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous quality assurance.

Execute automated tests, analyze results, identify defects, and report bugs effectively.

Collaborate with developers to diagnose and troubleshoot automation issues.

Stay up-to-date with the latest automation testing tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Continuously improve the test automation framework and processes for increased efficiency and coverage.
Qualifications

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Automation software testing with a strong focus on automation.

In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Solid understanding of software testing principles and agile methodologies (e.g., black-box testing, white-box testing).

Experience with scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
