Job Description – Recruitment Manager (preferably from a Consultancy Background)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager for our IT organisation with a strong consultancy background to lead and drive our hiring processes. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working under tight deadlines, pushing teams to deliver, and ensuring hiring targets are met efficiently. This role demands confidence, urgency, and the ability to motivate recruiters to achieve high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery of quality profiles.
- Push and motivate the recruitment team to meet aggressive hiring goals.
- Manage hard timelines and ensure client requirements are fulfilled within deadlines.
- Set clear targets, track recruiter performance, and hold the team accountable for delivery.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet immediate and future hiring needs.
- Engage with clients/stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
- Implement best sourcing strategies to attract top talent efficiently.
- Train, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to enhance productivity.
- Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and implement solutions proactively.
- Use data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and team performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2+ years in a consultancy or agency setup.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to push teams towards achieving hiring targets.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage strict timelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, job portals, and social hiring.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment analytics.
- Confident, result-oriented, and highly proactive.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-volume hiring or niche hiring in competitive industries.
- Strong knowledge of market trends and talent mapping strategies.
