Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for onboarding farmhouses, resorts, and convention properties onto the DestinMe platform, building strong owner relationships, and managing day-to-day operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Onboarding
- Identify and acquire farmhouses, resorts, and convention venues.
- Conduct property meetings and explain DestinMe’s service model.
- Complete documentation, pricing discussions, and onboarding formalities.
- Coordinate for property photos, videos, and listing details.
2. Owner Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners.
- Negotiate pricing, offers, and special event rates.
- Handle owner queries and operational concerns.
- Ensure smooth communication between owners and internal teams.
3. Operations Handling
- Manage day-to-day coordination between owners and DestinMe operations team.
- Monitor booking status and availability updates.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when required.
- Ensure service quality standards are maintained.
4. Business Growth
- Achieve monthly onboarding targets.
- Identify market opportunities and expansion areas.
- Suggest improvements in pricing, packaging, and promotions.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, or property sales preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Good understanding of local property market.
- Basic knowledge of CRM or admin panel handling is a plus.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Property Acquisition / Hospitality Sales.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
