Job Summary
We are looking for skilled and passionate Continental Chef to prepare high-quality continental cuisine while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and presentation standards. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of continental cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and menu execution in a fast-paced restaurant or café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook continental dishes including pasta, burgers, sandwiches, salads, soups, sauces, etc.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
- Handle mise-en-place and maintain smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for raw materials.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage using FIFO methods.
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal specials.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely order execution.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff and commis chefs.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
