We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to prepare high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per company standards.
- Welcome customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, workstations, and equipment.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as required.
- Process customer payments using the POS system.
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained.
- Assist in opening and closing café operations.
- Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi, 682004): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
