Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance & Support Services Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, documentation, office administration, and general organizational support. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of independently handling routine office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounts, bookkeeping, and financial records using Tally.
- Prepare and manage invoices, vouchers, payment records, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate for GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and other financial filings.
- Maintain financial documentation, contracts, and organizational records.
- Handle vendor coordination, procurement, and payment follow-ups.
- Manage office administration, inventory, and general operational support
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of physical and digital documents.
- Assist the management team with day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks.
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Tally.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of GST
- Sound understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial documentation.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Qualification
- B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, and office administration.
- Experience in handling office operations and coordinating with external accountants is preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
