Role Description -
This Role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based on-site in Alwar, Rajasthan.
- The selected candidate will assist in creating and executing sales strategies, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, maintaining customer relationships, assisting in training and development for the sales team, and contributing to sales performance analysis and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
*Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth
*Experience or willingness to assist in Training and development of sales team members*Keen organizational and problem-solving skills
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
*Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools (desirable)
Pay: ₹24,349.52 - ₹95,455.02 per month
