Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage and grow our brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive audience engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging content, including captions, graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
- Manage daily activities on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic video editing tools.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Experience working in an IT company or digital marketing agency will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is a plus.
- Top understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
