Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Bangalore
Location: Bangalore (Work from Home + Field Sales)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales and business development in the Bangalore region. As there is no branch office in Bangalore, this is a Work from Home + Field Sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Developers, Fabricators, and Consultants.
- Promote our Glass products and solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 10-12yrs of sales experience in Glass, Façade, Aluminium, Building Materials, Construction, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be willing to travel extensively.
Travel & Reimbursement
- This is a field-based role.
- Travel expenses will be reimbursed against submission of bills
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
