Position: Project Manager
Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Salary: ₹30,000/- per month (based on experience & performance)
Role Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of residential and commercial solar projects, from initial enquiry and planning through execution, commissioning and final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of assigned residential & commercial solar projects.
- Coordinate and lead the Sales, Design, Execution and Documentation teams.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, execution and timely completion.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, technicians and internal teams.
- Ensure proper site execution, quality, safety and technical compliance.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, resources and deliverables.
- Ensure all project-related documents, approvals, drawings, BOQs, reports and handover documents are completed accurately.
- Identify project issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Act as the single point of coordination and ensure smooth project delivery from enquiry to commissioning.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to learn and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge/interest in solar energy or project management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹2,143,233.42 per month
