Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Maintain and update office registers, records, and documentation accurately.
- Handle office correspondence, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate office maintenance and ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and functional.
- Purchase and manage office supplies, stationery, and other administrative requirements.
- Visit banks, government offices, courier services, vendors, and other external agencies as required for official work.
- Assist in handling company logistics and other operational support activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support management with administrative tasks and follow-up activities.
- Perform any other office-related duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration is preferred
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and google workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Own two-wheeler will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for official work whenever required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
