About the Role
This is an entry-level/early-career SDR role focused purely on top-of-funnel: generating new logo conversations and meetings for the sales team. Ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to build a strong foundation in enterprise AI/tech sales.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new logo accounts across target industries via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Book qualified first meetings/intro calls for the BDR/Sales team
- Research target accounts to personalize outreach (industry, pain points, tech stack signals)
- Maintain daily outbound activity targets (calls, emails, social touches)
- Log all activity and lead status accurately in CRM
- Work closely with the Sales Head/BDR to refine messaging based on what's landing
What We're Looking For
- 0.5–2 years of experience
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and handling rejection
- Prior experience of having connects with (VP/ Director/CXO level)
- Willingness to work for international markets[EU, NA], target GCC/ Global CoE’s of large enterprises in India as well
- Curiosity about AI/tech — willingness to learn the InXiteOut solution portfolio quickly
- Organized, coachable, target-driven mindset
