About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Academic Training & Development professional to design and drive capability-building initiatives for teachers and school leadership across our group of schools. - Develop annual academic training calendars for teachers, academic coordinators, and school leadership across all campuses

- Facilitate workshops on modern teaching methodologies, differentiated instruction, experiential learning, and student-centric approaches
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive, structured feedback to teachers
- Support implementation of NEP 2020 aligned teaching and assessment practices across campuses
School Leadership Development
- Design and facilitate leadership development programs for Principals, Vice Principals, Academic Coordinators, and Heads of Departments
- Coach and mentor school leaders on academic governance, instructional leadership, and people management

- Facilitate workshops on data-driven decision making, curriculum planning, and school improvement strategies
Program Delivery & Facilitation
- Personally facilitate training sessions, workshops, seminars, and learning circles across campuses
- Engage external academic experts, master trainers, and subject matter specialists where required
- Leverage blended learning formats — in-person, online, and on-the-job coaching — for maximum impact
- Drive a culture of reflective practice and continuous learning across all schools
Campus Travel & Engagement
- Travel extensively across school campuses in different cities to deliver training and conduct academic audits
- Build strong working relationships with Principals and Academic Heads at each location
- Ensure consistent academic standards and learning culture across all campuses
- Provide ground-level insights and feedback to senior academic leadership
Measurement & Reporting
- Define and track academic training metrics — training hours, teacher feedback, assessment scores, and classroom impact
- Prepare monthly and quarterly Academic Training MIS for leadership review
- Conduct post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness and refine programs accordingly
