Key Skills:
Strong experience in ServiceNow SPM / PPM implementations
Expertise in Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management & Resource Management
Experience with Financial Planning, Governance & Performance Analytics
Hands-on knowledge of Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes & MID Server Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP, Oracle, Jira & Azure DevOps
Strong stakeholder management and enterprise solution architecture experience
Good to Have:
- ServiceNow SPM Certification
- Experience with System Integrators (SI)
- Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery frameworks
