Position: Senior Procurement Executive
Key Responsibilities: Develop sourcing strategies aligned with company goals Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize value Source vendors for all event-related goods and services Track budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities Ensure compliance and monitor procurement KPIs
You’re a Great Fit If You: Have strong connections in smallwares, fabrications, or heavy kitchen equipment. Speak Telugu, English, and Hindi fluently (strong on-ground vendor relationships are essential) Are based in Bengaluru and enjoy being hands-on in the market Have 4–8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management Are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets Possess strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills Are an effective communicator and collaborative team player
