Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, articles, and official company communications.
- Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, product launches, and corporate events.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR performance and brand sentiment.
- Manage crisis communication and ensure timely responses to public or media inquiries.
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and sales teams to align communication strategies with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for brand promotion through media partnerships, sponsorships, and industry events.
- Oversee content creation for corporate communications, newsletters, website updates, and social media announcements.
- Maintain and update media databases and communication records.
- Ensure all external communications are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify PR opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong media relations and networking abilities.
- Experience in event management and brand promotion activities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
