Architecture – Job Description Position: Architect Department: Architecture Location: [Location] Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities - Develop architectural concepts and design proposals based on client requirements. - Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project. - Prepare and review 2D drawings and 3D models/presentations. - Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and project requirements. - Coordinate with the execution team to ensure proper implementation of approved designs. - Make necessary design modifications based on client and project requirements. - Maintain proper documentation and update project drawings as required. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification. - Relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural/design software. - Knowledge of 3D modelling and rendering software will be an advantage. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into practical design solutions. - Strong attention to detail and time-management skills. Preferred Skills - Residential and commercial project experience. - Knowledge of working drawings and construction detailing. - Ability to coordinate effectively with execution and engineering teams. - Creative thinking with a practical approach to design. Key Objective To deliver functional, aesthetically strong, and technically feasible architectural designs while ensuring smooth coordination between clients, design teams, and execution teams.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
