Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of new store launches, including construction, interior
fit-outs, MEP works, branding, and final handover.
- Ensure all store projects are completed within budget, timelines, and the quality
parameters defined by the organization without Snag.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations, VM, marketing, design, and
finance to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including landlords, architects, contractors, and
vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and provide
regular progress updates to leadership.
- Ensure all stores comply with local regulations, permissions, safety guidelines, and
statutory requirements.
- Identify project risks, propose corrective actions, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding of contractors, material suppliers, and
service providers when required. Strong negotiation and onboarding new vendors as and
when required.
- Conduct site audits, quality checks, and ensure that brand-standard specifications are
followed.
- Provide on-ground support during store openings and ensure smooth handover to the
operations team through daily project tracking and progress reporting with clear updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Architecture, Civil
Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in project management preferably with mall execution experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail store development or interior fit-outs.
- Strong ownership, execution, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work
effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple store projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, planning, scheduling and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in India with knowledge of local laws, building codes, regulations, and
compliance requirements (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities. Clear understanding on auto CAD design
and architectural design update.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required
- Excellent communication, vendor management, and organizational skills.
Pay: Up to ₹1,300,000.00 per year
