Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests professionally
Supervise waiters and service staff during shifts
Ensure tables are properly set and dining areas are clean
Take customer orders when needed and handle special requests
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food service
Resolve customer complaints politely and efficiently
Train and guide junior staff members
Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and attendance
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Handle billing support and daily shift reporting
Maintain inventory of service items like cutlery and crockery
