Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to take on a Team Lead role. This position involves a combination of hands-on development and team leadership, with responsibility for delivering scalable applications and managing a growing development team.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Delivery Management
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery
- Plan sprints, assign tasks, and monitor progress
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
- Identify skill gaps and support team development initiatives
Development
- Design and build scalable full stack applications
- Develop and maintain backend and frontend systems
- Define and manage database architecture, including optimization and scaling
- Implement microservices and maintain API documentation
Infrastructure & DevOps
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Handle containerization and deployment using Docker
- Support cloud infrastructure and application scaling
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in full stack development
- Prior experience in a team leadership or mentoring role
- Strong proficiency in:
- Backend: NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL
- Frontend: React or Next.js, TypeScript
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Solid understanding of database design, optimization, and scaling
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and development workflows
- Experience with testing methodologies (unit, integration, or end-to-end testing)
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Exposure to mobile development (Android/iOS)
- Knowledge of C# or similar technologies
- Experience with caching and messaging systems (e.g., Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Familiarity with container orchestration tools
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools
- Prior involvement in hiring or performance management
- Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
