Role Overview
We are looking for confident and target-oriented candidates for a Voice Process / Sales role. Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to quickly understand and pitch products/services to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and explain packages, plans and their benefits.
Clearly communicate product USPs and explain how the offerings can support customers' career and professional growth.
Generate interest and convert prospects into customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with interested customers and manage the sales cycle.
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Stay updated on product offerings and market requirements.
Required Skills
Strong verbal communication skills – Mandatory
Quick learner with a positive and confident attitude.
Strong sales, pitching and persuasion skills.
Comfortable handling outbound calls.
Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Freshers are eligible.
Candidates with relevant sales / voice process experience are preferred.
