Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven professionals for the roles of Admission Counsellor and Team Lead – Admissions. The candidate will guide students and parents regarding MBBS admission opportunities in India and abroad and manage the admission process from enquiry to enrollment.
Open Positions
1. Admission Counsellor
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives
Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS admission opportunities.
- Provide information about eligibility criteria, admission process, and fee structure.
- Guide students through NEET requirements, documentation, and application process.
- Handle student inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain student data and update CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years experience in counselling / sales.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
2. Team Lead – Admissions
Salary: ₹30,000 + Incentives
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in counselling / sales / EdTech.
- At least 1 year experience as Team Lead managing a counselling or sales team.
- Ability to manage and motivate team members to achieve targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide the admission counsellor team.
- Monitor team performance and admission targets.
- Support team in counselling students and closing admissions.
- Maintain reports and coordinate with management.
