JOB DESCRIPTION :
Position: Revenue Manager
Experience: 3+ years in hotel revenue management
Industry: U.S. Hotels / Marriott experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement daily pricing and revenue strategies.
- Monitor Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and RevPAR Index (RGI).
- Prepare occupancy, revenue and demand forecasts.
- Analyze STR/CoStar reports and competitive-set performance.
- Monitor competitor rates and market demand.
- Manage room inventory, rate levels, restrictions and promotions.
- Review booking pace, pickup, cancellations and future demand.
- Optimize OTA, direct and other distribution channels.
- Support group, corporate and transient pricing decisions.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue performance reports.
- Work closely with the General Manager, Sales and Operations teams.
- Identify opportunities to increase room revenue and profitability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hotel Revenue Management experience.
- Marriott or other major U.S. hotel brand experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel pricing, forecasting and inventory management.
- Experience with STR/CoStar, PMS/CRS and RMS platforms.
- Strong Excel, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage revenue strategy for one or multiple properties.
