QA (Quality Assurance) & Marketing Associate
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: On-site / Hybrid (as applicable)
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA & Marketing Associate to help improve Guestogram's product quality while promoting the platform to customers and partners.
This role combines software testing with marketing and customer engagement. You will ensure that new features work correctly before release and help increase awareness of Guestogram through demonstrations, customer support, and marketing initiatives.
Note: This position does not include access to Guestogram's source code or development systems.
ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance (QA)
- Test new Guestogram features before each release.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing features continue to work.
- Test on multiple devices and browsers.
- Verify uploads, galleries, chat, timelines, greetings, video cards, streaming, conferences, permissions, and other platform features.
- Report bugs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and screen recordings.
- Verify bug fixes before release.
- Identify usability improvements and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain feature testing checklists.
- Assist in preparing release testing reports.
Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Demonstrate Guestogram to potential customers.
- Visit event venues, function halls, photographers, planners, and organizers.
- Conduct product demonstrations.
- Help customers create and set up their events.
- Assist with onboarding new users.
- Collect customer feedback and feature requests.
- Create basic social media content, photos, and short videos.
- Support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Build relationships with business partners.
Customer Support
- Assist customers with common questions.
- Help resolve basic usage issues.
- Escalate technical problems to the development team.
- Follow up with customers after events to collect reviews and suggestions.
RequirementsRequired Skills
- Excellent communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computers.
- Ability to follow testing procedures.

Preferred Skills
- Experience testing mobile or web applications.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience creating social media content.
- Knowledge of weddings, events, or hospitality is a plus.
- Basic photography or videography skills are a plus.
