Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager from the jewellery industry with a strong background in diamond sales and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving store performance, managing the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and overseeing daily operations at the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Handling & Inventory Management:
- Receive new stock, perform visual QC, and update inventory records.
- Ensure proper stock arrangement and timely audits.
- Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Assist customers in their jewellery purchase journey, especially with diamond collections.
- Drive sales conversion through excellent product knowledge and consultative selling.
- Actively cross-sell and up-sell based on customer preferences.
- Customer Experience:
- Deliver a high-quality, personalized shopping experience to every customer.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the in-store team to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training where needed.
- Marketing & Outreach:
- Plan and execute BTL activities and in-store promotions.
- Conduct catchment area analysis and support localized marketing initiatives.
- Market & Competition Awareness:
- Track and analyze competitor offerings, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Provide regular insights on market trends to the management team.
- Operational Excellence:
- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising standards, and daily operational discipline.
- Oversee implementation of schemes such as Gold Mine (preferable experience).
- Shifts & Flexibility:
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays, as required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
