We are hiring Business Analyst for our US (Night Shift) to support business research, requirement gathering, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential US businesses and decision-makers.
- Gather and analyze client requirements through research and communication.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Development teams for timely project execution.
- Prepare business proposals, requirement documents, reports, and project documentation.
- Maintain CRM records, track project status, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Research, Market Research, Project Coordination, or Business Analysis.
- Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Experience working with US clients is preferred.
- Willing to work from the office in the Night Shift (US Process).
