Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive / Manager to drive business growth, pitch digital marketing solutions, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and pursue potential clients across Real Estate, Healthcare, Retail, and Education sectors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, cold visits, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and industry platforms.
- Achieve daily outreach targets through calls, emails, visits, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM/tracking sheets.
Client Meetings & Pitches
- Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful sales pitches.
- Represent Digituall professionally during client interactions and presentations.
Deal Closure & Relationship Management
- Negotiate pricing, address objections, and close deals.
- Follow up consistently to convert prospects into clients.
- Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and CRM updates.
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Creative, Design, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Share daily and weekly sales updates with the Business Head.
- Participate in review sessions to improve sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B, Digital Marketing, Agency, SaaS, or Creative Services Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Oriya.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, and Branding.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Excel.
KPIs
- 10–12 Client Meetings per Month
- 2–4 Client Closures per Month
- Revenue Target: ₹3–3.5 Lakhs per Month
Compensation
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
