- Own program governance scope budget schedule RAID dependencies KPIs and executive reporting
- Manage SAP Activate across Discover Prepare Explore Realize Deploy Run
- Facilitate cross functional governance forums and risk escalation trajectories
- 12 years of SAP program project management experience
- At least one end to end S 4HANA brownfield conversion delivered in a global environment
- Demonstrated expertise in multi workstream coordination across core SAP modules FI CO MM SD PP QM EWM TM and MDG preferred
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor s degree in engineering Computer Science Information Systems or related field
- Preferred PMP Prince2 PMI ACP CSM SAFe or SAP Activate Project Manager certification
- Brownfield Specific Experience Mandatory
- Drive SAP Readiness Check Simplification Item evaluation Custom Code Analysis sizing and compatibility validation
- Oversee technical conversion with BASIS infra SUM DMO Maintenance Planner Stack XML generation dual maintenance downtime reduction planning
- Custom code remediation and Business Partner BP conversion
- Define and manage conversion strategy for key data objects FI docs open items materials batch serial BP etc
- Coordinate multiple mock conversions dry runs and system preparation activities
