Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Operations Head to oversee and manage business operations for an organization working in ERP implementation and consulting. This role involves ensuring smooth operational processes, timely project delivery, and effective client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day operational activities
- Oversee ERP system implementation, customization, and support processes
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Lead and guide team members, ensuring performance and productivity
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Operations / Business Administration (mandatory)
- Experience working with ERP systems (any ERP platform)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in ERP consulting or IT services
- Exposure to ERP implementation lifecycle
Additional Information
- Candidates with relevant experience in operations and ERP environments will be preferred
