Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 4 years of experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, design, coordination, and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects while ensuring compliance with architectural standards, statutory regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and detailed design documents using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Coordinate with consultants, structural engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and project stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Assist in concept development, space planning, façade design, and design optimization for real estate projects.
- Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and approval requirements.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved designs and specifications.
- Support the preparation of presentations, BOQs, material specifications, and design reports.
- Coordinate with authorities and consultants for obtaining approvals and statutory clearances.
- Identify design discrepancies and provide practical solutions during project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (CoA) preferred.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of building bylaws, DCR regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
