We are hiring 3 experienced SAP Technical Leads for a large-scale global SAP transformation program with a leading European client.
This is an excellent opportunity for senior SAP professionals who have progressed from SAP ABAP or Technical Consulting backgrounds into leadership roles and are looking to work on a global S/4HANA program.
>>> Available Position 1: SAP Technical Lead – Divestiture / Carve-Out
Lead technical activities related to business separation, carve-out planning, system transition, and cutover execution.
Position 2: SAP Technical Lead – Landscape Upgrade
Lead SAP landscape upgrades, technical modernization, system integrations, and deployment activities.
Position 3: SAP Technical Lead – BAU (Business-As-Usual)
Manage ongoing SAP technical operations, enhancements, integrations, and technical support activities.
>>> Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP technical workstreams and development teams
- Own and manage cutover planning and execution
- Coordinate SAP development activities and technical deliveries
- Manage SAP interfaces and integrations
- Support WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Functional Consultants, and Business Stakeholders
- Drive technical governance and delivery quality
- Manage multiple technical resources across global teams
- Ensure successful deployment and post-go-live support
>>> Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of SAP experience
- Strong SAP ABAP or SAP Technical Consulting background
- Experience leading SAP technical teams
- Hands-on S/4HANA project experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in global SAP environments
- Ability to manage multiple technical resources and priorities
- Strong understanding of SAP integrations and technical architecture
