Area Manager – Personal Loan/Bike Loan
Location: Multiple Locations (Mohali, Patna, Ranchi, Kolkata)
Eligibility
- MBA (Mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in Personal Loan, Bike Loan, or related lending business
Key Responsibilities
- Develop loan business within the assigned territory.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with channel partners and customers.
- Achieve monthly loan sourcing and disbursement targets.
- Monitor portfolio quality and drive sustainable business growth.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with good sales and business development abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple channel partners and customer interactions effectively.
