ob Title: Sales Engineer – HVAC
Location: Thane
Experience: 4-10 Years (HVAC Industry Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
* Identify and develop new clients in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable HVAC solutions.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
* Coordinate with the design and project teams for technical support.
* Conduct site visits and client meetings.
* Negotiate prices and close sales orders.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
* Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and payments.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
* Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
* Knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ventilation, Ducting, etc.).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical specifications.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
* Valid driving license (preferred).
Qualification:
* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
* 2–5 years of experience in HVAC sales.
Salary:
As per industry standards + Incentives
Pay: Up to ₹70,607.48 per month
