Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analytics Executive to join our Loan Vertical team. The ideal candidate should possess strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills and be capable of working in a cross-functional environment by coordinating with multiple departments to support business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, maintain, and validate loan-related data using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Credit, Risk, and other internal teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
- Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Support business teams with data-driven insights for operational and strategic decisions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of reports and analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, formulas, charts, and data validation).
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across departments.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and data management is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) or the Lending/Loan industry is preferred.
- 6 Months - 1 Year with excellent Excel and analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.
