About the Role
Bludesign Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional Interior Designer with 3–4 years of relevant industry experience who can independently handle interior design work from concept development to detailed drawings and client presentations.
The ideal candidate must have strong practical knowledge of both 2D and 3D interior design, excellent AutoCAD and SketchUp skills, and a good understanding of interior materials, detailing and execution requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop complete 2D interior layouts and working drawings.
- Create professional 3D interior designs and presentations using SketchUp or equivalent software.
- Prepare furniture layouts, flooring plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
- Develop design concepts according to client requirements, space and project specifications.
- Prepare material, finish and furniture selections.
- Present design concepts and 3D views to clients and incorporate feedback.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and internal project teams.
- Understand site conditions and coordinate drawings with execution requirements.
- Make revisions and maintain updated drawings according to project changes.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications and design documentation when required.
- Ensure designs are functional, practical, aesthetically strong and within project requirements.
- Manage multiple design assignments and complete work within agreed timelines.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
Candidates must have:
- 3–4 years of professional Interior Design experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in both 2D and 3D interior designing.
- AutoCAD – Mandatory.
- SketchUp – Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of interior working drawings and detailing.
- Good understanding of furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, flooring and ceiling design.
- Good knowledge of space planning and interior design principles.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into practical designs.
- Client handling and design presentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage design deadlines.
- Portfolio of previous interior design work is mandatory.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in commercial, corporate, office and workspace interior projects will be given preference.
Candidates should have practical exposure to professional interior projects, not only academic or freelance design work.
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree / Certification in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience of 3–4 years is mandatory.
