Purchase Executive – Industrial Automation Industry
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Siebener Automation & Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our growing team in Kochi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure mechanical, electrical, and automation components.
- Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Negotiate with suppliers for pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Generate and track Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely material delivery.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Stores, and Accounts departments.
- Maintain vendor databases and procurement records.
Requirements:
Diploma or Graduation in any discipline.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Purchase, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Preferred:
Candidates residing in Kochi, Ernakulam, Kottayam, Alappuzha, Thrissur, or nearby districts.
Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Automation, or SPM industries will be an added advantage.
