We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to manage our front office operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, candidates, and employees. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, highly organized, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the visitor register and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in arranging meetings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming couriers, parcels, and official documents.
- Manage outgoing courier services and maintain dispatch records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR, Admin, and other departments as required.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
- Assist with employee onboarding by coordinating visitor access and documentation.
- Handle office correspondence and maintain filing systems.
- Ensure smooth front office operations by maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams to ensure the office is well maintained.
- Support internal events and meeting arrangements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or Administrative Executive. Experience in the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or consultancy industry will be preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of office administration and record management.
- Ability to handle calls and visitors efficiently.
- Positive attitude, strong time management, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
