Key Responsibilities
· Drive Revenue: Actively prospect, follow up on inbound leads, and close sales for individual, family, and group health plans.
· Consultative Selling: Conduct needs-based assessments to match clients with optimal coverage options.
· Overcome Objections: Confidently pitch product value, handle objections, and navigate pricing discussions to secure the deal.
· Hit Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
Requirements
· Experience: 1–3 years of proven success in a fast-paced sales environment (insurance, banking, or direct sales preferred).
· Licensing: A valid health insurance license is required.
· Skills: Exceptional closing skills, strong negotiation, and a resilient, rejection-proof mindset.
· Drive: Self-motivated with a track record of smashing sales targets.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
