Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Operations Executive to manage end-to-end travel operations, bookings, coordination, and client support. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling domestic and international travel arrangements while ensuring smooth customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic & international travel bookings including flights, hotels, visas, transport, and holiday packages
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and travel partners for reservations and confirmations
Manage itinerary planning and travel documentation
Support customers with travel queries, modifications, cancellations, and escalations
Ensure timely issuance of vouchers, tickets, and invoices
Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Monitor travel schedules and resolve operational issues proactively
Maintain booking records, MIS reports, and operational data
Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations
Required Skills
Good knowledge of travel operations and booking processes
Familiarity with GDS systems/tools (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Customer handling and problem-solving ability
Attention to detail and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
Experience in travel agencies, tour operators, or corporate travel management companies preferred
