We are a growing silver jewellery brand specializing in premium sterling silver jewellery collections. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team in Ernakulam and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting suitable jewellery products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend products accordingly.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle billing, inventory checks, and product displays.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Follow up with customers regarding new collections, offers, and promotions.
- Support store operations and daily sales activities.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong sales ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in Malayalam; knowledge of English and Hindi is an advantage.
