Location: Remote / Work From Home (with domestic and international travel as required)
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Experience: Freshers welcome
About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This is a remote role, but the ideal candidate must be flexible to travel both domestically and internationally, coordinating logistics for meetings, conferences, and business trips. No prior EA experience required we are happy to train the right person who's sharp, dependable, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings across time zones and shifting priorities in real time
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel: flights, visas, accommodation, ground transport, and itineraries
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and meeting agendas
- Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence (email, messages, reports)
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, offsites, and investor calls
- Track expenses, process reimbursements, and manage travel budgets
- Anticipate needs and solve problems before they reach the CEO's desk
- Occasionally travel with the CEO to provide on-the-ground support during trips
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome; 0-3+ years as an EA, Chief of Staff, or similar role is a plus, not a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Mindset to learn and grow with the rest of the team.
- High discretion and comfort handling sensitive/confidential information
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly (calendar apps, travel booking platforms, Slack, Notion/Google Workspace, etc.)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while staying highly responsive
- Valid passport and willingness/ability to travel on short notice (including internationally)
- Comfortable with irregular hours around travel and time-zone differences
- A proactive, "figure it out" attitude, more important than a polished resume
Nice to Have
- Prior internship or work experience in admin, coordination, hospitality, or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with expense management or corporate travel platforms
- A second language relevant to key international markets
