· Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
· Process and manage customer orders accurately
· Coordinate with production team for order status updates
· Track dispatch and ensure timely delivery
· Resolve customer complaints related to quality, delay, or quantity
· Maintain records of orders, invoices, and customer communication
· Build strong relationships with repeat clients
