Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, and promoting our solar products and services including rooftop solar systems and EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain solar solutions
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Follow up on existing inquiries and convert them into sales
- Maintain customer database and update call records
- Fix appointments for sales executives
- Handle basic customer queries related to solar products and services
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 12th passed.
- 2–3 years of experience in tele calling / customer support / sales
- Experience in handling seller dashboard.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Hindi / Assamese / English/Bengali)
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Interest in sales and renewable energy sector
Salary & Benefits:
- Rs.11,000 + attractive incentives
