About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, managing end-to-end center operations, ensuring academic excellence, and delivering an exceptional student experience while achieving business and operational goals.
Responsibilities
Business Growth & Admissions

Drive student admissions and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets.

Develop and execute local business development initiatives to increase market reach.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute ATL/BTL activities, seminars, and student engagement programs.

Monitor inquiry generation, lead conversion, and admission funnel performance.
Center Operations

Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring seamless coordination across academics, administration, counseling, and support functions.

Ensure adherence to organizational SOPs, operational processes, and quality standards.

Manage infrastructure, facilities, and vendor relationships to maintain a world-class learning environment.
Team Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, including Academic Coordinators, Counselors, Operations, Admin, and Support Staff.

Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Foster a high-performance and collaborative work culture.
Academic & Student Experience

Coordinate with faculty to ensure smooth execution of classes, tests, doubt sessions, and academic schedules.

Monitor student attendance, engagement, and retention.

Build strong relationships with students and parents by ensuring timely communication and resolution of concerns.
Financial & Operational Excellence

Monitor center revenue, operational expenses, and profitability.

Ensure efficient utilization of resources and cost optimization.

Prepare and review MIS reports related to admissions, revenue, student performance, and operational metrics.
Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and audit requirements.

Present business performance reports to regional and senior leadership.

Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity.
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in Education, EdTech, Coaching Institutes, or Higher Education.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
