We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented professionals to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for converting company-generated leads into successful admissions and recruitment placements.
The company will provide verified leads, and the role primarily involves counselling prospective candidates, understanding their requirements, and converting enquiries into admissions or overseas placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with company-provided leads through telephone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Counsel healthcare professionals regarding overseas job opportunities, particularly in GCC countries.
- Guide students and professionals about various academic and professional courses offered by the academy.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable job opportunities or training programmes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions and recruitment placements.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM/database.
- Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with recruitment and academic teams to ensure smooth candidate processing.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication standards.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Arabic will be an added advantage).
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, admissions, sales, business development, or recruitment is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
