We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding our products and services, assisting customers during onboarding, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth operational flow.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide prompt and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers during onboarding and account setup.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Track leads and assist in converting them into customers.

- Excellent communication skills (English & regional languages)

- Efficient in handling backend operations and documentation
- Time management and multi-tasking skills
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0–1 years of experience in customer support or operations (freshers are welcome)
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
